I have signed myself up for a 10 week conditioning course to run a 5K/3.5 mile road race on August 9. I am super excited. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal but I have never really been a runner and I want that to change. Our first class was on Monday and I am actually looking forward to Thursdays class. It's really not as bad as I thought it was going to be, or at least not yet. Our instructor is an NYC Firefighter and a very cool guy. Yipeeeeeeee.

Yay congrats! That is an amazing goal! I am looking into getting a goal for myself too. Without one, I get lazy and fat. Love you!
