Friday night I met up with Ela (who was very excited to finally buy a couch for her and Asia's apt) my roommate Sharon, Tessa and Sandrine (frenchies) and some other random people that showed up at Blockheads for amazing Margarita's. It was really nice to hang out with friends that I don't see on a daily basis. Afterwards, Ela and I went bar hopping around the area, mind you it was only like 8pm, so places weren't really jam packed but somehow we managed to get ourselves into some trouble when we asked a guy 'Hey, are you British?", which just led into a few hours of conversing with this guy and his buddies. Feel free to borrow our opening line anytime you like, and to be honest, the guy really looked like he was English.
Saturday night, Chrissy and I headed to The Whiskey Bar on the Lower East Side for a friends birthday and some whiskey. It was a good time! Whiskey + Peanuts + Friends = Fun.
