I visited the new Forever 21 in Time Square yesterday and it is amazing! (45th st and Broadway)
Its 4 floors of amazing shopping.
They have small in shop shoppes for their different lines, and the merchandise isn't squashed together like many of their other stores.
I highly recommend it.
