Yummo

So after a long summer of binge drinking and eating really deliciously bad food its time to think about cleaning up my diet and hitting the gym. 
In the past I did the Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp which is amazing and I saw results very soon. Its amazing how quickly your body  can change and get stronger over such a short period of time if you put the proper nutrients in it. I'm back on a similar game plan but am also taking a few other options into consideration. I love Ariane at Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp, but also like Betheny Frankel's book "Naturally Thin' and Jackie Warner's show "Thintervention".  All have great tid bits to tweak your thinking and therefore tweat your brain to eat better.
