The Fashion Center is putting on a fun event where you can borrow bikes to get aroud town decorated by designers like Isaac Mizrahi, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Betsey Johnson called 'Tour de Fashion".
Afterwards you can put in a bid to purchase a bike!
