As first reported here, I made it through the crazy NYC Half Marathon lottery and than didn't end up running today. There are a million factors I could blame for taking up my time but really I just didn't have it in me. My motivation was lacking and the cold weather sucks so I just didn't do it.
I NEVER want to feel the way I did today. This amount of disappointment in myself outweighs the worst hangover I can imagine. NEVER AGAIN.
